ETH Kolkata is growing!
Yesterday we had over 100 students joining us from IEM at Godrej Genesis to uncover what @EFDevcon is all about.

> They learned about what Ethereum is and why it exists
> Devcon, how its going to change their lives
> ETHGlobal Mumbai, a crazy hackathon experience
> How to plan your trip to mumbai way in advance
> Vibecoding your way into learning new stuff

we were also joined by @raihankhan_rk who guided the students further on how he won his first hackathon and how they can do the same

Successfully wrapped up Road to Devcon w/ ETH Kolkata - IEM Edition ⚡️

And this one was special.

150+ registrations in a single day. 100+ people showed up. But what stood out wasn’t just the numbers — it was the curiosity in the room.

A lot of the IEMians who came in were completely new to Ethereum and Web3, but they were ambitious, curious, and genuinely eager to learn about the ecosystem and what’s happening beyond the usual college tech bubble.

From Ethereum and @EFDevcon Devcon to @ETHGlobal Mumbai, building in Web3, and how to get started ,there were conversations happening everywhere.

Big love to ETH Kolkata for bringing the energy, and NEX - IEM Tech Club for making this happen together 🤝

This wasn’t just another college event.

It felt like the beginning of a much bigger builder community at IEM.

@EFDevcon Devcon is coming. 🌍

Kolkata is getting ready.

@eth_kolkata is cooking. 🔥

Good event @eth_kolkata

More videos coming soon

150 registrations in just 12 hours, and the craziest part? 100+ people actually showed up.

No swag, no free food, no fancy incentives. They showed up for one reason: Ethereum.

Hosting the Road to Devcon — IEM Edition was an experience I genuinely didn’t expect to turn out this big. Seeing a room full of students curious about Ethereum, Web3, development and the opportunities around this ecosystem made all the work behind the scenes worth it.

Huge thanks to @singhsach1 for an incredible session and for sharing his insights with everyone. This would not have been possible without the constant support of the ETH Kolkata core team, especially @debojyotidm. And thank you @0xagnish for joining us and supporting the initiative.

A huge thanks as well to NEX Tech Club of IEM for helping us make the event happen, and especially to @DebangshuC29947 @Diptomoy20 for all the support and coordination.

But most importantly, thank you to every single person who registered, showed up, asked questions, stayed curious and made the room feel alive.

We didn’t need giveaways to fill the room. Ethereum did that.

This was just the IEM edition. More campuses, more builders, more conversations and a much bigger Road to Devcon ahead 🚀

Hope to see you all again soon. Kolkata is building 🛠️

Hinge😭

[Sampurnaa Nag @n_sampurnaa]

at "Starkzap Blitz"- mumbai, with a বাঙালি touch 😋
both, the venue and the people were amazing
thanks to @adiiHQ and @akashneelesh 🫡

[Diptomoy Das @Diptomoy20]

For sure

[Debojyoti | Devcon VIII 🇮🇳 @debojyotidm]

Will return one day with a better past maybe

[Diptomoy Das @Diptomoy20]

Had to download hinge for this😭

[Akash @akashneelesh]

4 hours 46 minutes of 6 seconds of starkzap content.

we had about 50+ builders and 20+ project submitted on Starkzap Blitz in mumbai.

1. mistzap ($300)
2. hypestreet ($150)
3. starkpass ($100)

starkzap sdk allows any application to have bitcoin in their app and be onchain in minutes. and the starkblitz was a event to showcase to back our claim.

and the number of projects submitted speaks for starkzap itself.

gg to everyone who came around for our event.
