@StellarisGame Any plans to at least give void reavers the ability to war without a CB? Not very fun as “pirates” compared to pirate haven or barbaric dispoilers. Pirates should be opportunistic, not very sneaky when other player see my claims. Point is you somehow made pirates not fun.

@JaiShreeRam90 @EndWokeness I can understand banning electronic; but mail in ballots are up to the state. As long as the state allows it I have no problem; assuming post office infrastructure is up to snuff to allow adequate time for counting and verification.
