Crazy to think it’s been over 3 years since this post! I’ve struggled with my weight and energy for years, but thanks to a great new lifestyle and a challenge to better myself I’ve been able to stick to my commitments! This challenge is only half way over and it’s not gonna stop!

Results don’t happen overnight, this is 100lb! It took 5 Years of failing consistently and still not giving up. 5 years of cheat days but still locking back in, because even if you fall you have to get back up and keep pushing! 💪💯 #fitness #gym #workout #fitfam #motivation

At the beginning of the year I participated in a weight loss challenge! It was a very hard fought effort and after 8 weeks I lost 54 lb and got second place by a whopping .4 lb, less than half a pound! I had a great time doing it and love cleaning out/restarting my system! #goals

Today I ran my first official race of my life! It’s only 5k, but I gave it everything I had and had a blast 💥 doing it! Never give up, get outside!

This has been one of the hardest things I have done, and in 8 weeks I’ve managed to drop 50lb and 10% body fat! I can’t express how good it feels to take back control of my life and hold myself accountable for my actions! If I can do it you can too, don’t give up! Never give up!

I’ve been cutting for weeks trying to drop body fat, 2 hours a day of cardio 6 days a week! This is what I look like everyday coming home from the gym! Consistency is key, keep pushing and you WILL see results!!!
