In the time after the Blacklist War, Promenade had thrived. With the advent of Yang, Kepler, Beatrice, and so many more, the rebirth of the Paladin program had ensured those many victories, helping lead to a great change in the galaxy.
More transparent, less opaque. In the end, the Promenade Institute was designed as a contingency. And now it was time to see that through. With the end of the Spectre program, came an olive branch: the Paladin’s would take their place. Future recruitments would be very lucrative.
