#Canada #Nigeria: Nominees for the 2024 Canadian Screen Awards, organized by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television, were announced today. Canada's premier award for film and TV, it is often compared to a combo of the U.S. Academy Awards and Emmy Awards.

Of note, Nigerian Canadian actress Oyin Oladejo is nominated in the category Performance in a Leading Role, Drama for her performance in ORAH.

Note: The Canadian Screen Awards have adopted non-gendered performance categories for acting awards.

Oladejo is nominated in the category alongside actors like Mia Goth and Alexander Skarsgård (both for INFINITY POOL).

The 12th Canadian Screen Awards are scheduled for May 31, 2024.
