During a recent field visit, the Cereals & Tubers team visited a factory where red dates are processed into a range of value-added products. The fruit is transformed into juice and ice cream, while the whole dates themselves remain pleasantly chewy & sugary.@ChineseAmb_GM

We had a short course at CATAS, we had a session on different mango varieties & cultivation practices, tree size control &ways of fertilizer application.

Today we visited the Qinhuai Cultural Heritage museum in Nanjing.
