@canadagoose bought a very expensive jacket. When trying it on at home and noticed the inside sleeve lining is ripped. Customer service will not honour a return or exchange and has directed me to warranty repairs which will take 4 weeks. not acceptable #badcustomerservice
@canadagoose I have received the same stonewall answer that I can send it in for repair for a month. Brand new jacket and they won’t exchange it or allow a return #badcustomerservice
@AskPlayStation Hi there. I’ve been trying to get someone to respond to my direct messages for support for about a week. Perhaps someone could get back to me?
@onepeloton@CityNews what is going on with peloton? Just received my second delivery delay, this one the day before i am to receive my bike. I was promised a 4 to 6 week delivery window, we’re now pushing 12 to 13 weeks and now I’ve been delayed to a future unknown date.
I bet there’s customers all over Toronto experiencing the same issue. And yes it’s easy to point a finger at the pandemic but if that’s the generic excuse, you should set appropriate expectations for delivery time when people spend thousands of dollars on your product. @CityNews
Customer Service has done absolutely nothing for me and can provide me with no clear answer as to what the problem is. Month and a half ago it was supply, then it was something to do with the ports in the city, then it was an unforeseen circumstance, now again unforeseen
@311Toronto the construction at the intersection of Bathurst and Adelaide has sat with no activity for weeks. Now on Friday night there is a hydrovac truck making a huge amount of noise. Ridiculous. start tomorrow morning during normal hours. It isn’t an emergency. @joe_cressy
