After a lot to a little(0) loss to the Indians of the Cuyahoga, the boys mustered a 1-0 victory over the Rays this evening in NABF Regional play. Kiser had a big triple and scored the only run of the game. Ickes shoved 7 innings of 1 hit 11k ball. Noon tomorrow against the Cards.

Tavern sweeps the Jackets with a 15-0 victory in 5! The boys came out swingin with two dong shots by Ned Moore and Jamie Thomson as part of a 9 run first. Messett, Schiraldi, and Stauffer all added multi hit games. Ickes set the pace on the mound with 4 scoreless and 8 Ks!

What’s the old saying… a win is a win? The Tavern got it done today via the walk-off… but we don’t need to get into specifics. Game 2 tomorrow!

After a three-game skid to end last week, the boys rattled off back-to-back wins to end the regular season. The Tavern finishes with a 15-7 record, while earning the #3 seed in the upcoming postseason. Village also played its way into a birth in the NABF Youngstown Regional!

Tavern grabbed another victory under the lights tonight to improve the winning streak to four straight! Ian Wukelich led the charge with 5 strong on the bump, while the boys tacked on 9 in run support.

Little fortitude with a 4-2 victory from Village Tavern tonight! Ned Moore led the way via 3 hits (double, triple, and an RBI). Ian Wukelich shoved 5.1 innings giving up 2 earned runs, and Joe Chepke came on for the save! Record improves to 12-4!

Village Tavern makes it back to back wins with an 8-3 victory over Debo’s. The boys jumped out to a quick 4-0 lead in the first thanks in part to an Alex Greathouse 3-run homer. 6 players would have multi-hit games, and Ian Carter picked up the dub with 5 strong innings!

The Tavern strikes again through the storms! Village offense was paced by Max Messett (3 hits, 6 RBIs) & Zach Long (3 hits, 2 2B, 2 RBIs). Jamie Thomson reached base in all 5 plate appearances (1-1, 4 BB, 4 runs) in the 18-7 victory over the Red Wings. Big Chooch with the dub!
