I never played dwarf fortress or satisfactory to comment, but I heard the steam release of Dwarf Fortress has a much more playable UI. Im not sure about tutorials or guides, but God forbid you read a few paragraphs of text to play a game

1. Noita is a roguelike. You'd actively ruin your experience looking up a wiki
2. Funger isn't, but you'd also ruin it by looking stuff up on the wiki
3. Terraria is /okay/. It has NPC's that help guide you toward the next goal or boss.
