Welp, this whole trip was 100% worth it now. I was outside of the Grand Californian waiting for my Lyft to the Honda Center, and Bob Gurr came up right beside me.

I got to chat with him for a couple of minutes and told him how much of a fan I am and that I just wanted to say thank you for everything he did for the Disney parks. He could not have been nicer and was so willing to just chat. A true Disney legend in every sense of the word.🥹

Music is such a big part of my life. It’s also a big part of the Disney Parks. Anywhere you go there, music plays a huge role in setting the tone for rides, lands, and the resorts.

And one of my favorite music loops anywhere on property is the one that’s played at the Polynesian. I can be sitting in the lobby, on the beach, or strolling around the resort grounds, and that music just puts a big smile on my face and relaxes me.
