This is so fucked up. This person chose to drive drunk and killed a person. Vehicular homicides need to carry the same consequences and jail time as murder and whomever the judge is needs to be replaced.
The family court system needs an entire overhaul. Best interest of the child isn’t who can stall the longest and make the other party tap out financially. Want to see a change in society? Make 5050 custody the standard right off the rip.
Also when false allegations are proven just that to be false. Punish them in criminal court because they’re still under oath.
@RepAngieCraig Blaming guns instead of criminals and mentally ill (the parents of the shooter should be charged imo for enabling his mental illness) and trying to take away the constitutional rights of those that aren't criminals or mentally ill is why nobody should take you seriously.
