@WestMidRailway@neb_robinson The goal of the system is to make you give up on getting a refund. They make it extremely difficult and time consuming in hope you realize it's not worth even more of your time for 40p after 30 days, IF they even choose to repay you.

@WestMidRailway There were no answers here. Only using covid as an excuse for all your shortcomings. I honestly didn't expect anything else. These problems were all present before covid, ever since you took over actually. Just an easy excuse. Others have done their job despite covid. Disgraceful
@WestMidRailway you cancelled my train again. After showing it as on time, than delaying minute by minute till completely delayed. Then you cancelled it completely. I will be late for work again. Again. Lack of train crew. How did you find that out AFTER the train was due?
