I see you've referenced Silver sprites for a few Pokémon whose Red/Blue sprites already match existing artwork - have you considered looking at sprites from the original Japanese releases of Red/Green too?

Looks like they misinterpreted the eyes and nose as a V shape, and then just... sorta made up the outer bits, they don't resemble the original shape at all.

@SSM_Uug_Naa I'd go with 4 personally - if I'm understanding correctly that it's based on a digitisation of the actual colour charts the original animators would have used, then that sounds the most authentic option to me.

What an unexpected source for moving footage of the pre-redesign models for Sonic and Tails from Sonic Adventure! This Sonic model is still seen in some images in the final game, namely his 1up icon and some of Tails' mission cards. What an amazing find! = )

Waited for the physical Switch release so I've only had the chance to beat it as Lilac so far, but I had so much fun - it looks and plays great, you can tell it was a real labour of love from the devs. Looking forward to replaying it as the other characters in future!

@AndresL_1997 Side note, all the advertising posters are different on Dreamcast too, which honestly just seems to have been changed for the sake of it in SA2:B. Personally, I still prefer the DC's blue "Chaos Soda" poster to the red "Chaos Cola" one from SA2:B.

@Q_Review Love that you apparently got Peter Purves to voice Steven in this! You captured the LC recon vibe really well, too. Literally the only thing which could have improved this for me would have been adding "Insect Movement by Roslyn De Winter" to the credits scroll, haha. XD

@falco_girgis I remember Christian Whitehead making a Dreamcast PoC build of his Retro Sonic fan-project at one point. That project was the start of the road which eventually led to him working on Sonic Mania, so seeing that game being brought to the Dreamcast feels like a full-circle moment!

@Ohtanitter Also, I don't think the majority of Sonic fans are interested in AI-generated content. Human imagination and creativity is what birthed the world of Sonic, after all, and that includes the wonderful and memorable soundtracks the series is known for!
