Since so many people seem to be confused about @AvaxRecruiters launch and what is going on with the $CHECK token I decided to break it down for you 📝

@AvaxRecruiters is a sustainable yield ecosystem designed allow Job holders (Think NFT Nodes) the ability to earn $CHECK's daily.

Traditionally, Node protocols reward users with a static amount of tokens (6-10 per day) per Node. The Nodes are purchased with the native token at a static rate, usually 10 per day.

They also allow infinite minting of their Nodes, creating a very unsustainable situation that prints new tokens indefinitely, destabilizing your investment as Node holders claim and sell the native token into the depths of hell.

With Avalanche Recruitment Agency, all of those poor design mechanisms were removed:

👉🏼Mint price dynamically scales with the price of $CHECK

👉🏼 Jobs(Nodes) have a set supply of 10,000
👉🏼 $CHECK token has a set supply of 1,000,000 and rewards are distributed dynamically to Job holders more similarly to the way LP rewards are distributed to LP holders.

These mechanisms prevent the possibility of whales or opportunists minting large amounts of Jobs at extremely low prices, which majorly destabilizes the protocol. (The price of Jobs cost more $CHECK as the token price becomes cheaper)

Token Taxes and Claim Fees are used to:
1. BURN🔥 $CHECK tokens
2. Boost yield for $CHECK stakers and Job Holders

Yes, staking and Governance will be coming.

Over time, the accumulated fees and taxes will begin to be dispursed to higher tier Job holders as well as $CHECK stakers and governance voters.
