I’m seeing a lot of critical reappraisal of The Boys lately, whereas it seems like mere weeks ago it was being eviscerated by almost everyone.

It’s big, epic read. I’m not sure it’s great, but it’s certainly not terrible, despite some terrible moments.

I’m going to make a soundtrack playlist for this book. Songs that feel evocative of Infinite Jest in some way.
I feel like there’s going to be a lot of Steely Dan and REM on there. And definitely “Under Pressure.”
