Hereโs how to make it:
50ml Discarded Banana Peel Rum
100ml coconut milk
1 frozen banana
2 cubes of ice
Blend until smooth. Serve. Enjoy. Get ready to make another one.
Nobody really knows what egg nog is, but everyone is intrigued to try it. Make this sustainable festive cocktail and wow your guests. Donโt tell them whatโs in it. Keep the mystery alive!
To make it:
50ml Discarded Sweet Cascara Vermouth
25ml Campari
50ml ginger ale
75ml soda
Handful overripe mixed berries
Add Vermouth, Campari and berries to shaker
Muddle, add ice and give it a quick stir
Fine strain into a glass over ice
Add ginger ale and soda
Stir and serve
