@JohnTheBelove14 You forgot to tell them how Pilate's wife told him not to let the people crucify Christ, because she had been having dreams warning her of his innocence. But that Pilate felt like he had no way out since all the people kept chanting to kill christ. #TruthStraightUp
@JohnTheBelove14 No no John, the reason they arrested him is because he flipped the money tables at the Temple. They said that they could arrest him and condemn him because he was disturbing the peace... This even though they were not meant to be trading on temple grounds in the first place. πΏπΏ
And Jesus just responded like "hey man don't you know that the healthy people don't need the doctor but rather the sick?" By this he means that he that he came down here to earth to help the sinners not the righteous. Though he is really helping us all.
Now a few days later Jesus was having dinner with some publicans (tax collectors), and a few sinners. And out of nowhere some of those darn Pharisees saw it and started questioning why he would eat with such people.
Now this is all I'm going to share for now my friends! @JohnTheBelove14 keeps begging me to let him tell the rest of the story. Farewell! Jesus is the Son of God I know it with all my soul!
So Peter gets up and starts walking on water. We were amazed. But then the wind got really strong and Peter got scared and started to sink. All of us in the boat began writing his eulogy when Jesus came to the rescue, taking Peter by the hand lifting him from his sure death π―
Now after being roughed up by the waves a sea for a while. We see Jesus walking on the water. And we were FREAKED out. But he spoke and told us to be at peace. Now this is when Peter, all brave like, asked Jesus if he could walk on the water out to where he was. That crazy man...
Now when we got to the center of the sea, the weather got really bad out of nowhere. Our boat was being tossed around like a hot potato. And to say the least, we were terrified. I think John may have wet his pants.... π
At this time Jesus told me and the other Apostles to get on a boat and go to the other side of the sea of Galilee. Meanwhile He went to the top of a mountain to pray. We didn't really know why we were doing this, but we did it anyway. π€·ββοΈ #obedience
But Jesus then blessed and split the bread into pieces and told us to bring it to all of the people there. So we did, and miraculously all five thousand and some people were filled. #feedthefivethousand
After healing and ministering for some time Jesus told me and the other disciples to feed all of the people. But we told Jesus that we could not because we only had five loafs of bread and two measly fishes. #Confused
But Jesus right after hearing the news, was so selfless that he had mercy on the many many people who followed him and that wanted to be healed by him. He ministered to those who needed it. #Love
And she danced so well that Herod promised her that he would give her whatever she wanted. And for some reason, I think it was because of her mother, she asked for @JohnTheBaptist's head on a platter. And so Herod commanded his servants to execute @JohnTheBaptist
So, there was a ruler named Herod, he was a really bad guy. And for one reason or another he had imprisoned @JohnTheBaptist. Now on Herod's birthday he had a special dancer, the daughter of Herodias.
He said, "every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation" or in other words why would satan cast out one of his own minions... This of course proving that Jesus was in fact acting by the power of God. #boss#Jesushaspower#roast#dontarguewithJesus
This was not the only trouble that the Pharisees gave us that day. Shortly after Jesus healed a man possessed with a devil and once again the Pharisees tried to convince all the people that Jesus did it by the power of the devil. But Jesus responded with power.
They told us that we weren't allowed to pluck corn on the sabbath. In response Jesus retold the story of the Old Testament prophet named David who ate the unlawful bread when he was hungry.
Now the next day Jesus, a few other disciples, and myself were walking through a corn field and we were super hungry. So, we decided to puck a few ears of corn to get a bit of energy. All was fine and dandy until the darn Pharisees saw us plucking the corn .......
