@CyWegman@NBA The "play-by-play era" in the NBA, beginning with the 1997-98 season, refers to the modern, data-rich period where official, event-by-event tracking data (shots, subs, fouls, turnovers) has been systematically recorded.
@NBAMemes fOuR fiRsT rOuNdErZ. They are picks in the late teens or 20s. Magic in the weak East with the addition of Bane are top 4 locks and that's not a big statement. Not all first round picks are equal.
@tim_michell There's a simple reason why this can't occur. If a player plays a terrible game randomly and it happens to be in a match that favours their actual team, the outcry would be wild and the player would be accused of cheating.
@NotoriousRedmen Do we have faith in many rookies to pump out 85s atm outside Ashcroft, Lindsay and O'Driscoll? It's an interesting rookie season. Seems like there are a lot of options for points in the 50-75 range but job security and consistency and issue
@NotoriousRedmen I think the most important thing is that both players passed the eye test and have been valuable contributors across 2 games and not just put up points. Both seem like they will get extended runs imo.
@tim_michell I regret not starting Rozee but are we worried that he's played 2 teams that don't tag and he has Hawthorn, St Kilda and Sydney over the next month? He's definitely copping Windhager and Jordan tags.
