@int3rst3ll3r Yes, threshold is according to Briginshaw, but still well below criminal standards. BH "lies" or inconsistencies are in line with what could be expected from someone who has experienced severe trauma.
@int3rst3ll3r How much evidence do you need? Remember this is a civil case so it's decided on the balance of probabilities, not beyond reasonable doubt. Not part of the trial, but there are 4 other woman that have reported his "behaviour"
@bigdon61@jaquix173@hardenuppete I have no doubt there has been a cover up but it is beyond the scope of these proceedings. Sue Chrysanthou and the judge alluded to it in one of their exchanges but agreed not to go there
@talkingwalk I suppose because it's not an inquiry into the cover up, and they need to keep proceedings on track for the defamation case. But agree the others should be called to account; royal commission perhaps
Whybrow suggesting FB must be fatigued after 3 hours and, AND she also has her own barrister present in the room. As a witness not on trial, why does she need her own barrister? #BruceLehrmann#FionaBrown#Whybrow
So it's regular practice for PH staff to come in after hours partying and then have the cleaners come along and clean up after them?

Fiona Brown’s conditioned testimony offers a raw and disturbing insight of those who have been placed into intolerable workplace situations, where culture and contracts clash with personal integrity, honesty and truth. Robust whistleblower protections are crucial. #BruceLehrmann
@fedcourtau
Why is everyone experiencing the audio dropping out in Fiona Browns testimony? Will the full transcript be made available, or the video with with full audio be uploaded ?
This wasn't experienced during the live-streaming of other witnesses
