Every month I send a batch direct to individual homes 🏠 so they get a nice surprise when they get home from work 🙂

Each box includes items that encourage individuals to take a moment for themselves ❤️

They will also include a personalised message saying ‘thank you’ for everything staff do 🙂

In a previous life, I managed Winchester & District Young Carers. I was there for 17 years and genuinely loved everyone minute of it.

It gave me so many opportunities, one of which was being invited to Japan 🇯🇵 to share how we support young carers in the UK 🇬🇧

Sadly, the term ‘young carer’ wasn’t a thing back then.

However, things are very different now and there is lots of support available. Of course, there is still much to do but grateful to still play a little part in that journey.
