While the final score did not go our way against the Democratic Republic of Congo, our players gave everything on the pitch and treated us to a genuinely magnificent game of football. They showed exceptional character, skill, and resilience against formidable opponents, proving that our football is moving in the right direction.

Zimbabwe Trade Surplus Jumps 64.5% to US$526.5 Million.

Zimbabwe’s trade surplus widened sharply to US$526.5 million in August 2026, up 64.5% from US$320 million in July.

Exports rose 14.2%, from US$1.47 billion to US$1.679 billion, while imports increased marginally by 0.2%, from US$1.150 billion to US$1.152 billion.

The strong improvement in the trade balance was therefore driven primarily by faster export growth, with exports exceeding imports by more than US$526 million during August.

It’s not karma is the consequence of one’s actions..
Find any lonely old man, ask him about his life and his children, there’s almost always a story about him abandoning his child/ children and they’ve forsaken him.

When you visit a hospital next time. And if you happen to find a male patient in one of the wards. Who has been there for a good long while and seems really miserable… ask about his story. There’s almost always a child he is begging to see him that isn’t coming because he abandoned them.

None of that is karma, it’s much simplerc it’s the consequences of his own actions.

Being able to comment positively on the developments in Zimbabwe is not an act of betrayal.

Neo-colonialism propaganda will have the average Zimbabwean feeling that they need to speak negatively about our country, abandon all patriotism and be scared to have anything good to say about Zimbabwe.

I’m hoping to see a healed middle class of Zimbabwe, in my lifetime, completely free of any mental shackles placed on us by people driving a neo- colonialist agenda, using the Western dominated media to almost completely brainwash people into believing there was nothing good about Zimbabwe or being Zimbabwean.

It’s okay to celebrate Zimbabwe’s achievements, it’s okay to wish for more development, it’s okay to love your country and recognise the changing environment😊

Disliking a political party does not mean you must then dislike your own country until another political party is considered the ruling party. That logic was always nonsensical.

It’s okay to love Zimbabwe and want the best for her and celebrate when she achieves milestones in her development journey.

There are soooo many positive things I’m noticing in Zimbabwe. I’m also very aware of the many negatives. I’m terrified very often of posting positive things I see and experience because… well we all know because. ..

Hearts and minds are being lost. The silent majority are also terrified…

It’s almost necessary for one to have to prefix or suffix with a list of all negatives before they commend or comment on some of the positive developments in our country.
