They (California) admitted after the 2024 election that it takes time for ballot “correction” - which translates in to down ballot fraud.
This occurs when a ballot is left blank “down ballot” so it’s ”corrected” by the election offices responsible for tallying the vote.
In this case I’m guessing the top of the ballot was fraudulently corrected. It’s a rigged system with ZERO chain of command.
