@bluparagons I think a key aspect is this is: if he were only obsessed with Chris because Chris is competent and keeps getting in the way, why does Wesker hate Jill so much? His ego is threatened by Jill, but he never treats Jill like he does Chris. He clearly has an attachment to Chris, IMO.
@Blooodbat I’m not missing how so many fans hate Mia and hate Ada for criminal pasts but love Wesker, Jake, Luis, Carlos, and Heisenberg. Like.. I’m noticing something..
@1964snakeeater1 A lot of the Ada hate regarding bio-terrorism revolves around things she did theoretically and hypothetically offscreen, it’s so silly.
@PiPi90355503 The claim that Re6 isn't canon is such a strange one. Leon and Sherry make a return in 9 and are both DSO agents, which is something that was only in 6. Idk, just feels like such a bizarre idea.
@JillRpd So ridiculous of Capcom to have Chris play a pretty prominent role in the last several RE games, as well as the BSAA, but Jill, who should be just as important to that narrative, is nowhere to be seen.
@GodOfLiberals They're not infected with Uroboros, poser. And yes, the game does explain the plagas makes them revert to a tribal state. But the story didn't write itself. It's weird that they wrote it that way when it hasn't done that with any of the other people infected with plagas.
@MikeyXPCreamy Because it’s different. The island in Re4 was led by a cult. Everyone was already infected, and it’d been taken over for a long time. You never meet a non infected villager. It’s not exactly a typical Spanish town. They don’t even use regular currency. It’s very different.
@SlipNoodles C'mon man. The infected africans are compelled to throw spears, wear grass skirts and ceremonial masks by the plagas. We see one of the towns pre-infection and they're violent, predatory, and stand by rotten meat stands. They drag off a white blonde woman into a room. It's weird
@redvelations Oh my god I didn't want to be a bitch but my first thought was "why is Leon so big" and my second thought was "why is claire so tiny" but like if I keep complaining about everything I'm going to get hunted for sport
This video summarizes my feelings on NATLA Azula’s characterization and why the changes don’t really service her character at all.
No hate to Lizzy though she’s gorgeous and clearly talented.
@c4tsys23 Could see this coming from Season 1 when they decided that Ozai didn't really like her that much and she was an insecure underdog who wasn't that capable.
