Nasal spray confuses me severely. Is it supposed to feel as if you’re breathing in a menthol version of the alps?! Is breathing always supposed to feel like this? Why does the inside of my face feel cold all of a sudden? Does this happen to everyone? Send help.
Did you know that if you put pitta bread in the toaster, it will make your electricity in your entire house go off? I now do, after I have repeated this process 3 times in a week (have to get through a 4-pack of pitta bread. Priorities.)
Today’s studies confirm that if I wouldn’t have been beheaded in the 1800’s for being a witch, I would’ve died of death by doorframe. https://t.co/8kwO64YghC
Holiday day 4; we woke up early to watch the sunrise, napped at the pool (with cat), immediately got sunburnt. Send aftersun please. https://t.co/2EccmJitpe
This week marks 7 years of living in the UK for me, and 7 years of life for Poppy. It’s safe to say that at any given time, at least 50% of this dynamic duo is 100% grumpy. #Poppycat https://t.co/jK8S8j9gqD
Also; I’ve just realised I’ve tweeted twice over the course of 2 weeks, after 6 months of radio silence. Both super positive tweets about dread. I am okay. I promise.
Good news, it’ll only be 7-ish more months until you don’t have to dread getting out of bed in the morning due to the cold and can fully focus again on all other dread-inflicting topics of your choice.
The only positive I can think of when it comes to rising energy costs, is that we’re pretty much forced to take shorter showers, and therefore will spend less time reliving random awkward encounters from like… 6 years ago. Yay less existential dread?
