@ArkDavey We passed the FY25 spending levels with RSA in the recent fiscal. DFA is required to provide a forecast prior to the fiscal session. The difference between the final RSA and the DFA forecast for FY25 results in roughly a $700M surplus. That reduces to $220M with the tax cuts.

Congrats to Gov.@SarahHuckabee and Arkansas legislators for the special session to lower the income tax rate. Getting the rate to 4.9% was big but the planned reduction to 3.9% is off the charts exciting.
