Waited over 40mins for the Helios Hotel bus. Bus finally shows up and is NOT handicap accessible. Bus driver told me, I had to go to the other resorts and go to volcano bay then transfer again. #UniversalFail #handicap #transportationFail #disabled @UniversalORL
