@daniellelinkous @FrontierCare That's awful, especially considering they were offering $1000 vouchers to people on my rebooked flight home. They needed 50 people to not fly due to weight and balance issues. $1000!!!!

Stuck in Orlando for 38 hours thanks to @FlyFrontier not being able to handle checking bags. It shouldn't take over 2 hours to check bags. Missed our flight as a result, now missing work, and cost us a night at a hotel and 2 days of meals. Thanks a bunch @FlyFrontier. #Fail

@FrontierCare @FlyFrontier I have DM'd this info multiple times only to be given a link to fill out a complaint. Which I did. Then told it will take 30 days to hear back. I won't hold my breath.

@WillyNillyJH @FlyFrontier Same happened to us on Sunday morning 4/17. They didn't our bags in time si we missed our flight. Didnt get home till this morning at 4am on a flight that they needed 50 people to get off for weight and balance issues. They gave those folks $1000 flight vouchers!

@Back2DaJon @FlyFrontier Horrible! We had a flight out of Orlando on Sunday morning, and we missed it to due Frontier's inability to check bags in time for us to get on the flight. I have never experienced this type of nonsense on other airlines. It took us 2 more days for them to get us home!

@FrontierCare Ps....we are STILL herez and now 52 people have been offered $1000 flight vouchers and $150 hitel vouchers to get off of our plane due to weight and balance issues. Seriously??? Where are our vouchers for you making us miss our flight home on Sunday morning?

@FrontierCare @esbee23 Well, that's not surprising that you are receiving a high volume of chats. My flight was for yesterday at 7:30am, and I am STILL in Orlando, now waiting to board my plane. Met a lot of people that had the same situation happen to them this morning that happened to us yesterday!
