Please be aware Disneyland Resort cast members and those in the Anaheim area, there is going to be another far-right protest near Disneyland. We are advising to not counter protest or be in the area for safety.
@KonstantineinCA Thank you for taking the time to address this, it is appreciated.
Could you speak specifically to the purpose of side walk, street, and private entrance blocking, as well as parking illegally being permitted?
It's one thing if they had a permit to express their right to protest, but did they?
If not, @BurbankPD helped normalize bigots doing whatever they want, law be damned, serving only to accelerate the potential for violence.
Where is the line drawn? When they start hurting us?
There is a coordinated attack on our community right now. Bills like this and "Dont Say Gay" are signals to bigoted politicians that they can get away with doing the same.
This is why we fight from our corner to end the cashflow from Disney into the hands of these politicians.
How is literally facilitating this clear act of hate and intimidation towards Disney employees the appropriate response? @BurbankPD @KonstantineinCA
Employees literally have been warned about this and instructed how to avoid it for their safety, but sure, let them stay.
Peaceful so far, good, but:
1) They prob don't have a permit(2 days isn't enough time)
2) Illegally blocking sidewalk
3) Parked in a no park zone
And appears @BurbankPD is allowing this/working with them
What gives @KonstantineinCA?
(2/2) When the entirety of the white supremacist, right wing media paints nearly 200,000 employees of Disney as "groomers" this is priming people to commit acts of violence against them.
If anything happens this will be on them and we must work to hold them accountable.
(1/2) Reports of an "Anti-groomer protest" near the Alameda entrance of Disney in Burbank today at 6PM, but there have been sightings already today.
Neo-Nazis and QAnon people seem to also be involving themselves in it.
Please stay clear of this area if you can, and stay safe!
Pixar making their voices heard.
The whole company held a solidarity event for the LGBTQIA+ employees at Pixar and all across Disney. Speeches from employees and leadership were given.
This is what real support and affirmation looks like. Now, will Disney commit to real action?
.@AnnaForFlorida noticed more companies we didn't filter for in Disney's overall political donations!
She's pointing out a house republican, but you can find even more stats on the FL state senate "Don't Say Gay" bill supporters here:

Let’s play a game! Guess which House Republican this is that is now dunking on @WaltDisneyWorld for caring about #LGBTQ+ people after accepting more than $15,000 in what @GovRonDeSantis says is woke/communist money? 🤓
(4/4) However, the silver lining is that fear mongering is not organizing.
A small group whipping people into a frenzy is a mob not a movement.
We can protect ourselves, and our futures by organizing our collective power.
While they remain a pit of snakes, we become a hydra.
(1/4) Always keep it in mind while this is going on, the goal of the white supremacist, right-wing media ring is to do two things:
Drum up fear to get a traditionally non-voting population to the polls
and
Dehumanize queer people to the point where violence is acceptable
(3/4) The amoral nature of corporate political donations needs to end as long as Citizens United exists.
They have put too many in harms way for far too long by propping up otherwise unpopular politicians who only have a platform of hate and corruption.
