While you two talking heads focus on idolizing offensive coaches, actual NFL owners and decision makers are focused on leadership first. 5 of the 8 hires were defensive coaches. Maybe you guys should try thinking of leadership for leadership roles

It's really simple. Whenever a coach has to decide whether to go for it, they should ask themselves: what would Nick Saban, prime Bill Belichick, and Andy Reid do in this spot? Too many coaches are trying to reinvent the wheel. Just follow the greatest coaches of all time

Patrick Mahomes has had Andy Reid, Travis Kelce, and Tyreek Hill to start his career. If Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow had that supporting cast to begin their careers, how would they look right now? Mahomes has had better support than other top QBs by far
