@LBC @BenKentish I’ve been waiting almost 2 years for an autism diagnosis to be completed. I was called a week ago to tell me the wait would be at least another year. If I go private it’ll cost over £1500 and a lot of places only recognise NHS diagnoses!

The ADHD assessment that was requested a year ago hasn’t even begun yet. I can’t get treatment for the ADHD until I’ve been diagnosed formally. Meds can make a huge difference for ADHD, and I can’t even start treatment
