@TLRailUK I spoke tooo soon we are currently delayed due to the change over driver being on another train I felt like all these trains on time was too good to be true no longer thamesync I’m afraid back to disappointment waiting at Luton for train to take me home
@TLRailUK ok so I need to say that in pleasant shock I stand on the platform and my train for the past 3 attempts recently has been on time well
Done no more thamestink more like Thamessync I give you so much stick for delays so today I salute you
@TLRailUK I have got here I am now thanks to uber on my way to my car an added cost that I did not plan for nor should I have to pay SORRY DOES NOT CUT IT tell your boss
@TLRailUK Just got off it I’d have to wait till 10:11 who wants to do that honestly why do you even bother bathing people for this utter disgrace of a service you are just a cost of pain money and time
@TLRailUK considering that I have a ticket to leagrave at and parks my car and had to pay now I have to pay for a cab to my car so I can bring it home with me you Thameslink owe me because of this utterly useless service I have to keep using

@TLRailUK ok so another cancelled train to my destination Leagrave. I have to now go to Luton and take a cab to my car parked at the station because you yet again cancelled a service will you pay for that cab
@TLRailUK as I finally get on a train with hope of getting home some point this month it dawned on me Thameslink does not care you literally don’t give a flying monkey you will continue to be the shabby run cancelling unreliable service that should be renamed Thames Stink
@TLRailUK Honestly I’m totally and utterly stunned by the helpfulness of this help desk I wonder if maybe the help desk is being ambushed by the disappearing drivers. How do you guys not know you are short staff oh lord this is sooo shabby speechless 😶
@TLRailUK It’s always that what is wrong that’s not a reason that’s an excuse get more staff this is meant to be Great Britain the great British empire it’s like a heap of mush trying to figure it out and offering excuses. A shortage of drivers your are afraid don’t be afraid sort it out
@TLRailUK I reckon that Thameslink should give away free tickets for passengers to get on their trains because for the price this train service ain’t worth a penny I hate using this train sooooo badly it’s just bad from my wellbeing
