Nvidia has a goal of >80% reduction in LLM search cost via optimization. Ergo we're never gonna need the data centers nor nuclear powered data centers.

Nobody will finance a project facing stranded asset/capital. Building many billion dollar nuclear plants in the face of mass grid migration is dumb

@MatuClouds There is an amazing correlation between section 8 funding and street cost. If section 8 is ~$2,800 per month -- then like magic -- no local rents ever fall below $2,800. UBI is inflationary nonsense.
