Why would you wanna be "nonjudgmental"? Judgment is what sets us apart from the rest of the animal kingdom and is a skill. Have a finely-tuned sense of judgment.

You ignore them because that’s exactly how much attention they deserve.
Common misconception, people with ASPD do feel their own emotions. Rage and sadness are particularly powerful motivators of vengeful behaviour. It is often comorbid with an anxiety or depressive disorder. They don't pick up or "empathize" with other people's feelings.
I do not care which politicians have what disorder and it's kinda odd there's an entire subsection of twitter seriously dedicated to talking about it 24/7.
I'm sure poisonous flowers aren't always deadly. When they are, it was only in retaliation to how people stigmatized them!
