people often forget peeta was also a tribute, he was supposed to die. he was a lonely victor, he felt “used” by the capitol and the girl he loves. his family died with district 12, he barely remembers them after being hijcaked for months.

i love book painter peeta so much. he really is one of the purest written character. it's disappointing we dont get to see him connect w/ the morphlings in the movie bcs it tells us a lot abt his character and how art connects us regardless of our differences.
