They avg percent of points are higher with less court time

Ive always said if genin Sakura had an offensive/defensive Jutsu, a genjutsu, a fatality, she would've been too strong. Genin Sakura's offensive power stopped the show from being called Sakura, like the first arc of Shippuden, she mostly did everything while Naruto cried
