To add to the important points here, discussions around anxiety as an emotion/emotional state, and stress, both normal and abnormal levels and learning to understand and cope with these is vital from a very young age. We don’t talk about anxiety as an emotional spectrum enough.

There is real ignorance about the HE sector - a lot of people are bearing the brunt of the cost of living crisis, living hand to mouth. Even many of those able to afford things now don’t have the security to do so in x months, waiting to see if they get more work. 1/
