@RedsArmy_John Satire here.. Cops have a very odd ROE that varies greatly from city to city. In one it’s ok to just choke a unarmed person to death. Sometimes it’s ok for them to shoot without no positive ID. Yet they must talk and reason with an an armed person. Weird.
