Majority of people in Lithuania live in soviet blocks and electricity consumption on average is 1200 kWh per year, so 252€ per year if we take 0.21€ kwh price. In private houses the pricing is different, but they get to save in the other means.

Usually we choose a plan for x duration of time with typically locked in price per kWh for 6-12 months ahead.
