@GoCarIreland - tried your ev service for the first time today..... Not a great experience. Prev user didn't charge car, well below 1/4. When I finished, I realised why..... Cable for charging wasn't suitable for use at charging point..... Only for charging from domestic plug 😱

@SHEIN_Official myself and my daughter have 3 orders that were supposed to arrive well in advance of Christmas - they still haven't been received by the courier company. there were presents in the parcels... No explanation for the delays, no communication at all 🤬

@AskPTSB - what is going on with your online systems? The desktop version has to be clicked 4 or 5 times before it stops telling you to install the app. The app won't update and now i can't make a payment to payees that were setup years ago, "for security reasons".......

@IrishRail @TFIupdates Can you not bring all Southbound trains into pearse where you have sidings to hold them? At least this way you get the passengers into the city centre (where most are going), and the rest access to a bus service that'll get them to where they are destined.....

@ESBNetworks our power went in Portmarnock yesterday at 9am & I receive a text at 11.40pm last night to say it was restored at 6.22pm. It was momentarily restored at 6.22pm for 5 mins. I note you've reset the clock on outage. To be clear, without power (& heat) for 21hrs...

@mandsireland - what is going on with your click & collect service??! Order placed on the 11th of Dec, due to be in click & collect location by 20th of Dec..... Still not there. So you can't manage to successfully ship 3 packets of tights? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

@IrishRail That's not really an answer, is it? The Dublin train arrives into mallow 9 mins after the Killarney train is due to arrive...... So can you confirm that the Dublin train will be held?

@IrishRail - 11.41 train from Killarney is now sitting in rathmore with a 10 min delay...... Will the trains for Dublin and Cork wait in mallow for the arrival of this Killarney train? There are no announcements about the conmectong trains being held......
