@Xfinity We have had several technicians come out after the wire has been cut more than once by the mowers can we get someone qualified to come and install this cable correctly

REALLY @Xfinity is this how you train your technicians to connect Internet and cable. I'm SURE you know it's just hanging on the back of the house also. You have GOT to do better, this is ridiculous, and it's blocking my gate.

I just purchased a 2019 c7 stingray with 6k miles on it, and I'm getting that Shudder that people have talked about. How do I get this problem taken care of without it costing me. I've owned the car less than 2 weeks and already a problem 😔 @GM
