@naveen_saradhi_ Hey Naveen 👋 We build https://t.co/lulf7qOMdA: daily marketing for solo devs who'd rather be coding. Free to try: https://t.co/NS8PMSApUp. What are you working on right now?
@Shivanshudev Tip for the welcome sequence: make email 1 a plain-text "what made you sign up?" note they can reply to. The replies hand you your positioning, and they help deliverability. Save the widget tour for email 2.
@LucasFlandre@treg_ai Flopped-launch threads as a lead list is smart. Pattern we keep seeing in them: launch day was the whole plan. The ones that recover pick one channel and show up daily for 30 days, not a relaunch.
@mascot75572 Spend $0 of it for the first 30 days. 10 DMs a day to people already complaining about the problem + 3 genuinely useful answers where they hang out. Keep the $1,500 for the one channel that's already converting.
@QuitVape4U Quit-vaping has an audience venting daily: r/QuitVaping and r/stopsmoking. Answer the "day 3 cravings" posts with real tips, no link, app in bio. https://t.co/lulf7qOMdA maps channels like that to your app type, free: https://t.co/NS8PMSApUp
@simranlockapp #11 is a great add 🙌 Tip for the day-1 notes: share one real number daily (unlocks, streaks, installs) so people follow the story. Will you post it in Sikh WhatsApp/FB groups too, or keep it X-only?
Adding #10: posting about the launch once, on one channel, and calling that marketing.
Pick one channel, show up daily for 30 days, then judge it. Most founders quit around day 6 🫠
Founders, here are 9 things that kill a SaaS before it gets traction:
1. Building for 6 months before showing anyone
2. No landing page while "still building"
3. Pricing too low to sustain support costs
4. Ignoring the first 10 users' feedback
5. Perfecting onboarding nobody's seen yet
6. Competing on features instead of distribution
7. No way for users to invite others
8. Founder doing zero marketing personally
9. Treating churn as a support problem, not a product one
@simranlockapp Why it flopped: it asks indie devs for advice, but your buyers are the sangat. Test: "I lost every amrit vela to Instagram, so I built an app that opens Gurbani first 🙏" https://t.co/lulf7qOMdA turns pains like that into daily posts: https://t.co/NS8PMSApUp
Monday post-mortem 🔍
Paste the last post you wrote about your product that got ignored.
We'll reply with why it flopped + the first line we'd test instead.

@heyits_surya@heyits_surya Full mock + band report is a strong free hook. IELTS takers live in r/IELTS, YT Shorts and Telegram prep groups: post one scored Writing answer a day there. https://t.co/lulf7qOMdA maps channels: https://t.co/NS8PMSApUp Where are most of your users?
@betweenprompts Hey 👋 we're the 📣 Distribution one: https://t.co/lulf7qOMdA turns marketing into a 20 min daily habit for solo devs, matched to your product type. What's the channel you find hardest right now?
@maroluvsyou Not being a social media guy is fine. Pick a channel that doesn't need a persona: answering questions in the forum or subreddit where your users already ask for help. 3 good answers a day beat 3 posts. What are you building?
@AshirafSsenkima The Day 90 cricket usually means marketing also started on day 90 🦗 The free fix: 20 min a day answering people who already describe the problem you solve. Boring for 2 weeks, then it compounds.
@corium_so@dynmo4200 Congrats on going full time 🎉 One tip for solo-on-everything: book a fixed 30 min marketing block BEFORE you open the editor each day, or the code eats it every time. We built https://t.co/lulf7qOMdA for exactly that daily block: https://t.co/NS8PMSApUp
@Defi_Warhol The folder that quietly kills most of these trees: 📂 Distribution, opened at Idea, not after Launch. If you can't name where your first 50 users hang out before Validation, the rest is a very well organised side project 😅
@maxkalashnikoff Then hire for one channel, not "marketing". Pick where your users already hang out, give them a paid 2-week trial with one number to hit (like 20 signups), and judge on that. What are you building? Happy to point at the channel worth hiring for first.
@maxkalashnikoff Makes sense, a human with taste beats a stack of tools for positioning. One filter for any agency or fractional CMO: ask for 3 products like yours they got first users for. Are you looking to hire one, or thinking of building one?
