Neither you have any answers as to why the WiFi works after a fresh OS Flash and dies upon a restart after that.

@saaaanjjjuuu The May patch on my IQOO 11 broke the WiFi and Hotspot. It doesn't work. I visited the sc and got the OS reflashed, it started to work and dies after a restart again. Assholes are denying anything other than motherboard replacement (paid by me)

@SavageAryan007 It's not just Neo series Devices. They've fucked up devices like IQOO 9 SE and IQOO 11 and all this happened in the recent months. They are failing too acknowledge that too. My IQOO 11's WiFi stopped working after the May Update and these assholes recommend motherboard change.

I have been following up with them but they have completely denied any help other than motherboard replacement(paid by me). A lot of them were fucking rude too. I hope this company dies a 1000 deaths.

@callmethiru @IqooInd I also have an IQOO 11 and it's WiFi and Hotspot stopped working after the May Patch and these assholes are denying any possibility other than motherboard failure. The WiFi worked perfectly fine after the service center guy flashed the OS again, it gets fucked only after restart.

@IqooInd @Vivo_India @iQOOGlobal Haven't received any help from any IQOO Officials yet. Service Center/Customer Care no one is helping. Hell, their Social Media team seems to be pretty useless as well. IQOO leaving a bad taste with their stupid updates.

@IqooInd @Vivo_India @iQOOGlobal I didn’t damage this phone. An official software update broke it. I just wanted a fair diagnosis and a fix I didn’t cause. Instead, I got contradictory advice, no evidence, and the same copy-paste response for months. Deeply disappointing for a flagship device.

@IqooInd @Vivo_India @iQOOGlobal Every iQOO support reply repeats the same thing: pay ₹30,295 for a motherboard replacement. No one will say which PCB component failed. No one will re-evaluate the firmware. No one answers how faulty hardware can work for weeks until a restart

@IqooInd @Vivo_India @iQOOGlobal The service centre reflashed OriginOS and FuntouchOS multiple times. Each time WiFi worked until the phone was restarted. The engineer told me to never restart the phone and to sell it. The job sheet says “motherboard failure” but no diagnostic evidence/report was shared with me.
