@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have an offer for SKY Sports in MySky (I already have the full sports pack). Whenever I attempt to select it I just get a message saying “Sorry but we are having technical difficulties” and to try again later. Been having this error for a few days.

@JusthostSupport Just to let you know, after searching the phpbb forums, I found a similar problem that recommended switching off Cloudflare. Done that and so far the problem seems to have gone away.

@JusthostSupport Hi, two instances of PHPBB I have have in the last week (one at 3.0.14 and one at 3.2.0) have both started to randomly log people off after logging on (sometimes not being even able to log on). I have made no recent changes to either forum.

@JusthostSupport It may be a separate program (that you provide for us users to install) but as I said I have made no changes to either instance of PHPBB and its just started to display problems. The only other reason is if Justhost have made a change - SQL or PHP?
