@mbna You have been aware of this issue for some time and have not resolved it. It's very poor banking practice to take money and offer no written confirmation. It needs sorting urgently. It is damaging your reputation for proper banking procedure.

It's all very odd. You aren't confirming receipt of my funds into savings account as you have some technical issue with mobile numbers of customers who bank with Lloyd's. Speak to your customer service team. They know all about it, it needs fixing asap.

@WalkMagazine Train refund policy very discriminatory to hikers. EMR refusing to refund ticket from different station to outbound even though we had to cancel the whole day due to overtime ban. This penalises hikers.
@EastMidRailway I'm a hiker. Recently had to cancel hike due to train cancellations. EMR will refund outbound but not return as being hikers we were walking and planned to return from closer station. This policy is discriminatory to hikers.
@RamblersGB EMR refusing to refund return train ticket for a journey back from a different station to departure one. Outbound train was cancelled (overtime ban) so we had to cancel entire hike. This is very discriminatory to walkers who often use 2 stations in one day.
@tumcarayol Can you help find out why Now TV letting down UK fans so badly? Only 2 courts available for many subscribers and no catch up facility. Taking tennis watching back 20 years. Hugely frustrating for UK tennis fans.

@tumcarayol Just read in Guardian that Wimbledon is introducing AI commentary this year. Can you report on whether they will be using technology line calling too. Would be nonsensical to introduce the one without the other.

@EastMidRailway I called your customer service, spent 30 mins on phone with someone who struggled with English and was told refund was processed. 5 days later asked to return a ticket I donโt have for a journey I canโt make. This is disgraceful service.
