"From a Facebook Post to ARO Master: My One-Year Journey with ARO Network"

I joined @AroNetwork way back on July 31, 2025, when I saw a Facebook page posting about ARO Network, and that post made me curious about the project. I am a node contributor of ARO Network, running edge nodes. When I joined, there were only a few hundred Discord users at that time, including me.

Then Previewnet started, and I first ran my Lite node and started earning with it. It wasn't much Jades I earned, not like ARO Pods and ARO Client where you can earn a lot more, but I was still grateful because I knew I was contributing to the project. After a month of running, I suggested to the team to add a Mobile app node, and they heard my suggestion and added this node during S2.

One of the memorable moments I contributed to ARO is that I won the very first Thread contest campaign from Previewnet. Then, for my active contribution and being a highly recognized user in Discord, I was selected as one of the candidates for ARO Ambassador. Sadly, I was not chosen — no grudge to the team. I continued to contribute and made my way to the top, achieving the ARO Master role after several months of actively participating in campaigns and games. I won several Jades from campaigns and XP giveaways from Discord games. And then in December I won the hoodie merch from ARO’s Christmas Event. I'm very happy to receive the merch and excitedly to wear it as I went to work. Because of my consistent activity and contribution, I was nominated twice for role promotion: from Vibe Master I to Vibe Master II, and from Vibe Master III to ARO Master.

After reaching ARO Master, I remained active in the Discord community and proud to share my journey from the very beginning up until the present. I also took on the latest Contributor Program roles, mainly ARO Yapper, ARO Gem, and ARO Creator, which I achieved through actively participating in Discord discussions, welcoming newcomers and guiding them throughout the project, reporting scam messages and fraudulent links to the mods/CVs, and creating high-quality, informative, and educational content about the project. I share my story with newbies and newcomers, motivating them to stay consistent and active so they can reach what I've achieved and contribute to ARO Network.

I've been very active in AMAs, from the very first Base Philippines AMA up to the recent AMA #10. I've been consistently present, asking valuable questions and sharing insights about the project, and in return, my questions were selected several times and I won Jades during these AMAs. I've also earned several badges like the Previewnet badge, Specialist Aronaut badge, and many more, which reflect how much my active participation and contribution matter. I'm truly grateful that ARO Network values its community and is always open to community suggestions on how to improve the project.

Since joining ARO, I've learned a lot and grown, gaining valuable knowledge about the ARO ecosystem. I was a newbie to DePIN — I didn't know what a node was, or what testnet meant, or other terms. But with my curiosity, I studied ARO Network by reading the docs and researching until I was able to fully understand the project. I've been able to share this with newcomers in the Discord community, guiding them throughout the ARO ecosystem and sharing my knowledge with them.

This day marks ARO Network's anniversary, and it's given me the chance to look back on my journey with the project. I am a proud ARONAUT 💚, and I will forever grateful and continue to support ARO Network.
