@SouthwestAir so there’s no guarantee I’ll even get an upgrade on my new flight, and I can’t get my money back without paying for ANOTHER upgrade. I have receipts. Make this make sense.

@SouthwestAir so I asked the customer service agent if I could have a refund for the upgrade, and was told no bc it was still an open reservation.

@SouthwestAir when I asked if I could transfer the upgrade to my flight tomorrow, I was told by the gate agent AND by customer service that I could not do so.
