We have started attending inquests again as part of our research into deaths by suicide. We previously attended inquests for six months in 2017 and documented all the evidence.
Already we see the same issues or "learning points for services" being repeated at inquests in 2021.

The Help is at Hand booklets are so indispensable when it comes to suicide bereavement. We'd find it much harder to do what we do without them!
