@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia Why isn’t a common citizen’s IP address allowed to book a ticket? At least maintain a fair and healthy competition between ordinary passengers and ticket dalaal.
Or are dalaal and their networks going to get priority here as well?

@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia Aam aadmi can't afford to have their money blocked for 7 day. If the payment has successfully deducted within a minute of the portal opening, why the ticket wouldn't have been booked not even waiting.

Also, if the payment amount is deducted but the ticket is not booked. @IRCTCofficial

@zomatocare @zomato @albinder What’s even more surprising is that your Customer Delight team is claiming that the delivery partner must have charged me an additional delivery fee.

The audacity to refuse to acknowledge an apparent error and instead insist that the customer is mistaken is quite disappointing.

were illegally collecting ₹100 per vehicle on a local service road leading towards Pilkhi before the toll plaza. They were demanding money even for vehicles using the local road, and upon resistance, they were damaging vehicle windows. @NHAI_Official

@NHAI_Official would like to inform you that such hooliganism around toll plazas must be stopped immediately. About half an hour ago, on NH-57 at the Maithi Toll Plaza between Muzaffarpur and Darbhanga, 3–4 men with sandalwood tilak on their foreheads, claiming to be NHAI staff.
