neighbor is also stating that instead of offering medical care ICE kept their hands on their weapons and “treated her body like a dog” when they finally pulled her out of the truck with NO stretcher.

in south minneapolis a neighbor is stating that ice provided no medical care, had a medic who wanted to provide medical care arrested (unsure if community medic etc..) either way the individual identified themselves as someone who could offer medical attention.
