When they pass away and pass down their assets, millennials who don't inherit much, won't be able to afford, and millennials who do inherit McMansions, will flood the market with a supply that there is no demand for.

It's also shocking that people really can't see the instability ahead in the West that will lead to violence you can't just wish away from you.

But when an actual crisis happens, 98% freeze and can't react. So maybe it isn't so shocking that most people stay sheep.

Ya, I love Jeff, but I simply disagree with the extent he has applied his principle of living in the world you want to move to and not propagating the fiat world by removing yourself from it.

I just don't think it makes sense to never be on X. He essentially has gone from talking to whoever will listen in the town square, and arguing with naysayers for all to see, to walking out into the desert, and shouting into nothingness.

No one will join him in the desert and turn it into a new town square oasis without discourse.

The public engagement is how we move people into the new world. If they never hear from us, how will they ever change their mind.

Exactly, he is looking at this from a lense of already having significant savings, in the form of Bitcoin, that he is trying to preserve by using Bitcoin, while choosing to allocate a percentage of those savings to earn considerably more short term in AI.

For those of us who don't have any significant savings to preserve, the risk of betting on individual companies in AI to get wealthy, with the small amount we have to invest, is far less likely to achieve that wealth due to bad picks over 10-15 years compared to needing to make no correct picks and just allocate excess earnings to only Bitcoin.
